Small Pollution Control Systems
304 filter element model that can be used with most smaller incinerators to control emissions.
Regulate your emissions to the atmosphere using custom hot gas filtration equipment and wet scrubbers.
In some countries you will require additional Pollution Control Systems (PCS) to meet with local limits and thresholds.
Our range of pollution controls enable us to offer the right solution every time.
The three conditions listed below prevent dioxins from “cracking” into smaller more reactive dioxins, which can reform into new dioxin molecules, especially in the presence of heavy metals which can act as catalysts.
Dioxins, furans and similar gaseous components are only destroyed by :
When dealing with more volatile or hazardous waste streams such as medical waste or high quantities of plastics additional gas cleaning equipment such as a venturi scrubber or pollution control system (PCS) is required.
Our standard incinerator range is designed in a way that all exhaust gas has to pass through a secondary burner for complete re-burn of harmful gas components. Exhaust gases are then retained for a period of time at a high temperature (850 - 1100°C, depending on the application).
All our incinerators are designed to ensure all 3 conditions are met as a minimum.
This is what we call 'Basic' pollution control.
