About our Refurbished Systems

From time to time, Inciner8 has pre-owned or surplus systems available for sale. These arise from a variety of circumstances, project changes, client upgrades, or reconfigured builds and represent a genuine opportunity to acquire industrial-grade waste treatment equipment at a significantly reduced capital cost.

Every system we list has been built to Inciner8 specifications and operated to international environmental standards. We know the history, the configuration, and the performance of what we sell.

Availability is limited and these systems move quickly. If you’re looking for proven technology with a faster lead time and a lower capital outlay, a refurbished Inciner8 system may be the right solution.

I8-1000 Complete Waste Treatment Package

A fully configured, three-component waste treatment system incorporating Inciner8’s I8-1000 incinerator, an automatic loading system, and a Pollution Control System (PCS) with integrated heat exchanger – capable of processing up to 300 kg/h.

The same configuration has been operating continuously in the Caribbean for over six years, processing a diverse range of regulated and general waste streams.

System components:

  • Pollution Control System (PCS) with integrated heat exchanger
  • I8-1000 Incinerator, current standard specification with smaller secondary chamber and manual ash removal
  • Automatic loading system, current production specification

Key highlights:

  • Field-proven processing of dried sludge, medical waste, animal waste, narcotics, and general waste, across six-plus years of continuous operation in the Caribbean.
  • Capable of processing up to 300 kg/h to the highest global environmental standards, subject to waste mix and application.
  • Ceramic filtration technology in line with EU best-practice guidelines for pollution control, and independently approved by EU third-party certification body STAB in 2025.
  • The PCS represents a full technological upgrade over conventional gas scrubbing approaches, including bag house filter systems and wet gas scrubbing systems.
