Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a experienced individual to provide technical expertise in the design (ensuring all relevant standards are met, safety in design is critical), development and validation of electrical systems for incinerators and their integrated systems - both development and production projects. You will also be expected to provide electrical manufacturing packages of schematics, calculations, programs and documentation.

Key Skills & Experience

  1. Ability to manage own workload in a fast pace environment.
  2. 5 years post graduate experience in a similar industry designing special purpose machines.
  3. First principle design and calculation skills in special purpose electrical products.
  4. Computer literate with expert knowledge of Excel, experience of electrical drawing package (Design Spark/SolidWorks Electrical would be preferred).
  5. Experience of 1 and 3 phase motor applications and their frequency inverters utilising open loop systems.6. Experience with PLC controllers and HMI interfaces.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Min 2:1 Degree in electrical or electronic Engineering
  2. Min 5 years post graduate experience in industry.
  • Job Type: Full time permanent

Control Panel Builder

Job description

Due to continued growth, Inciner8 Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced Control Panel Builder to join their team. The successful candidate must have experience with electrical wiring of control panels and machine control systems.

Duties:

Complete looming of wiring to a high standard, wiring of control panels from start to finish Good working knowledge of all aspects of Control Panel Wiring. Wiring control panels for automation systems. Reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, schedules, and layout drawings. Marking out for component fit, fitting of components to chassis plates. Fork-lift license would be beneficial, but not essential.
