WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Summary

To undertake general warehouse & administrative duties associated with the warehouse and stores function to support an efficient and effective manufacturing process.

Duties, Skills and Attributes

  • Receiving deliveries, labelling and booking into our stock system.
  • Picking of stock items to support production operation.
  • Issuing parts to projects from our stock system.
  • Routine stock checking of materials to ensure stock accuracy is maintained.
  • Must hold a counterbalance FLT licence.
  • Must be IT literate.

Salary: £9.50 - £10-50 per hour
Working week
: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm Mon-Thur. Friday 7:45 am – 3:15 pm
(40 hours total)
Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Contributory pension scheme after a qualifying period.

FABRICATOR / WELDER

Summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator / Welder for the production and assembly of incinerators and associated equipment.

Duties, Skills and Attributes

  • You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • A good knowledge of steel fabrication and welding.
  • Full understanding of engineering drawings is required as you will be fabricating our products from kits of pre-cut and folded steel sections.
  • Candidates must be able to weld both MIG and TIG.
  • A counterbalance FLT licence would be an advantage.

Competitive salary depending upon experience

Working week: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm Mon-Thur. Friday 7:45 am – 3:15 pm
(40 hours total)

SPRAY PAINTER

Summary

Due to an increase in production, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced spray painter to prep’ and finish our manufactured products to the highest standards.

Duties, Skills and Attributes

  • Prepare metal components for painting, ensuring the metalwork is thoroughly prepared to maximise the quality of the finished product.
  • Paint metal components to a high standard of finish.
  • Full understanding of COSHH requirements for all products used.
  • Upkeep all painting equipment ensuring it is cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Communicates effectively with all team members and Team Leaders.
  • Must hold a counterbalance FLT licence.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Must always strive to achieve high-quality results with good attention to detail.
  • This role is busy and varied therefore you must be able to multitask, prioritise, organise and adhere to written procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
  • Professionalism, a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

CONTROL PANEL BUILDER

Summary

The successful candidate must have experience with electrical wiring control panels and machine control systems.

Duties, Skills and Attributes

  • Reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, schedules, and layout drawings. Marking out for component fit, fitting of components to chassis plates.
  • Complete wiring to a high standard, wiring of control panels from start to finish.
  • Testing of completed units.
  • Completion of works order documentation.
  • Candidates must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
