Terms & Conditions

• Delivery times will be notified at time of ordering.

• UK customers will be charged VAT a 17.5%.

• EU Customers will be charged VAT unless a valid VAT number can be produced.

• Non EU customers will not be charged VAT

• For all export orders, the buyer is responsible for their own duty / taxes.

• INCINER8 will fulfill its legal obligations to repair &/or replace Products. These obligations are dependent upon proper use of Products & do not cover any parts of Products which have been modified or repaired without INCINER8's prior written consent.

• INCINER8's obligations do not apply to the consumable components of consumable items (such as temperature probes, fire rope etc) or if a defect is caused by an external cause, an accident, hazard, electrical stress or other environmental conditions not commonly found in the normal environment.

• Customers may only reject Product for material non-conformity with the Product Description by providing written notice to INCINER8 within 7 days after delivery or otherwise shall be deemed to have accepted the Products.

• Acceptable currencies are GBP£, US$ or Euro's. Please ask for current exchange rates for US$ and Euro payments.
